Privacy notice
This notice explains what we do with the information you send us. It applies to the enquiry form, to email, and to anything you send us during a project.
Last updated: 3 August 2026
Who we are
AR Project Group Ltd is the data controller for information you send us. We are a company registered in England and Wales, number 17213327, based in Northampton. Our registered office address is available from Companies House.

What we collect
Through the enquiry form: your name, email address, telephone number if you give one, the address or postcode of the property, what you want to build, whether the property has been extended before, and any photographs or drawings you upload.
During a project: measurements and photographs of the property, its planning history, correspondence with you, and the information needed to make an application on your behalf.
We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics, and we do not track you across other websites.
Why we collect it, and our lawful basis
| What we do with it | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Reply to your enquiry and give you a written view of your project | Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract |
| Carry out the work if you engage us | Performance of a contract |
| Submit applications to your local planning authority or building control body | Performance of a contract |
| Keep records of advice given and work done | Our legitimate interest in defending a claim |
| Comply with company and tax law | Legal obligation |
Who we share it with
- Your local planning authority or building control body, where you have engaged us to make an application. Planning applications are published on a public register; that is a statutory requirement and outside our control.
- Netlify, which hosts this website and processes the enquiry form.
- Google, which provides our email.
- Our accountant and, if a claim arises, our insurer and legal advisers.
We do not sell your information and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.
Photographs of your property
We may want to use photographs or drawings of a completed project on this website or in a portfolio. We will not do that without asking you first, in writing, and you can say no or change your mind later. We will never publish your address or your name alongside them unless you specifically agree.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects: two years, then deleted.
Project records: fifteen years from completion. That is deliberate and it is not us being untidy — a claim relating to design work can be brought for up to fifteen years under the Limitation Act 1980, and we need the records to answer one.
Accounting records: six years, as required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict what we do with it, or object to us processing it. Ask by emailing anatolie@arprojectgroup.com. We will respond within one month.
Where we rely on legitimate interests or on a legal or contractual obligation, we may not be able to delete everything — but we will tell you what we are keeping and why.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us first: anatolie@arprojectgroup.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and tell you what we are doing about it.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at any time — ico.org.uk, or 0303 123 1113. You do not have to come to us first.
Your project
Tell us what you want to build.
Send photographs, the address and a description. You get a written view of what looks likely, which route applies, and what would need checking properly before you spend anything.
