AR Project Group is led by Anatolie Chiriac, a Graduate Architectural Technologist working from Northampton across the East Midlands.
Architectural technology is the technical half of building design — whether a thing can be built, how it goes together, and whether it satisfies the regulations. It is a distinct discipline with its own body of technical knowledge, and it is the one that decides whether a nice idea survives contact with a building inspector.
Our drawings are annotated to the clause, not to a general impression. Where something cannot be resolved without a certificate, we say so rather than assuming it will be fine — which is the same discipline built into the permitted-development engine.
The practice is deliberately small. You deal with the person doing the drawing.
